- NDS Signs Partnership Agreement for Cloud-based Service Desk Solution with Zendesk
They will cooperate to develop sales opportunities of the cloud-based service desk solution markets including education, healthcare, e-Commerce, blockchain industries in Korea based on NDS’s core competencies of cloud managed service and IT service development, and Zendesk’s omnichannel support technologies.
Zendesk software is designed to centralize customer information and lets customers communicate with contact center employees in the ways they prefer: phone, web, email, social, chat, etc.
In particular, NDS, as an official reseller partner, will provide enterprise customers with IT services such as system interworking, system integration, and customization services.
NDS CEO Kim Joong-won said, “We are now handling customer service requests promptly with n.Xavis, the NDS cloud service portal, using integrated customer support functionalities of Zendesk. We will expand the customer-support service business for our cloud service customers through the partnership agreement”.
